Becky's calendar may book out at times. When that occurs, working with one of the Conscious Contracting Partners listed below is a natural next step.
These Partners have been personally certified and mentored and are trusted to carry the work forward with care and professionalism. Many clients find that partnering with one of these practitioners allows the work to move forward without delay while maintaining clarity and momentum.
Whether working directly with Becky or with a Certified Partner, the focus remains on thoughtful engagement and responsible follow-through.

PARTNERS
Certified. Mentored. Entrusted to Carry the Work Forward.
Conscious Contracting is a living body of work, shaped through real application rather than theory alone.
As the work has expanded, a small group of professionals has been certified and mentored to support it responsibly. These individuals are known as Conscious Contracting Partners.
Partners are selected based on demonstrated judgment, alignment with the principles of Conscious Contracting, and the ability to carry the work with care. Certification reflects readiness — not completion — and mentorship ensures continuity, coherence, and depth as the body of work evolves.
Each Partner operates independently while remaining aligned with shared standards and values that protect the integrity of the work and the people engaging with it.
The partners listed here have earned their place through practice, relationship, and trust.

Belinda Barden
Minister & Partnership Manager — Process Integrity & Conscious Engagements
Belinda Barden is a Minister, Partnership Manager, and student of integrative systems whose work centers on stewardship, clarity, and conscious participation in modern life. She works in close coordination with Conscious Contracting, supporting individuals, families, and mission-driven entities as they navigate complex administrative, trust, and documentation-based engagements.
Her role bridges values and execution, helping translate the principles of Conscious Contracting into accessible, well-structured pathways supported by clear process, accurate documentation, and responsible coordination. Belinda is particularly known for her ability to bring order to high-stakes or unfamiliar frameworks, ensuring engagements are prepared thoughtfully, sequenced properly, and presented with integrity.
Belinda’s approach is intentionally non-adversarial and process-driven. She does not replace legal, tax, or professional advisors, but works alongside them to ensure engagements are orderly, well-supported, and clearly documented. Her reputation is built on thoroughness, discretion, accountability, and respect for both the substance of the work and the people involved.
In parallel with her partnership work, Belinda serves as a Minister and Management Partner with Lajoie Sanctuaries (https://belindalajoie.com/), a mission-driven organization focused on stewardship, ethical living, and community-centered frameworks. This ministry informs her emphasis on integrity, service, and responsibility, while her professional focus remains on execution, coordination, and clarity.
Belinda is also a student at Quantum University pursuing a Neuropathic Doctorate (ND), deepening her understanding of integrative systems, ethical decision-making, and sustainable approaches to well-being. Across all roles, her work reflects a consistent principle:
Process matters.
When documentation is clear, properly ordered, and respectfully presented, outcomes improve and unnecessary friction is reduced. Her role is to help ensure that clarity exists before engagements move forward.

Rachelle Ruby
Partner
Rachelle's path began as a spiritual awakening—a quiet inner calling to remember truth, freedom, and alignment beyond inherited beliefs and conditioned systems. What started as personal inner work gradually revealed how much her life was surrounded by fear. This unfolding led her to the work and community of Conscious Contracting, where spiritual awareness meets conscious choice and personal responsibility.
Through this journey, she came to understand sovereignty not as resistance or opposition, but as remembrance—a return to inner authority guided by clarity and compassion. As fear, indoctrination, and distraction are gently unwound, space opens for conscious participation rather than unconscious consent. She recognizes that being proactive rather than reactive is essential in these times and believes that we create our own reality in this lifetime. With that understanding comes personal responsibility, the call to take ownership of one’s life and act with intention.
If this work resonates with you, I invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to explore how I can support you as you move forward.

Counselor - At - Law
A Counselor-at-Law or Attorney-in-Fact is a non-licensed agent appointed under a Power of Attorney (POA) to act exclusively in the interest of the principal. Unlike licensed BAR attorneys, whose professional obligations are shared with state regulatory bodies, an attorney-in-fact owes loyalty solely to the principal and acts only within the authority expressly granted in the POA. This structure preserves the principal’s full authority while delegating specific powers as needed.
[See Md. Code, Estates & Trusts § 17-103; American Bar Association, Power of Attorney Overview]
This model allows individuals to safeguard unalienable rights, retain control over their legal identity (ENS LEGIS), and challenge governmental or corporate overreach without surrendering sovereignty. Because attorneys-in-fact are not subject to state bar associations, they are not constrained by licensing rules or disciplinary risk when advancing arguments that expose structural or systemic flaws.
By contrast, engaging a licensed BAR attorney creates a “client” relationship historically associated with diminished legal capacity, where the attorney “represents” the client by standing in their place—often conflating the living individual with the artificial legal person. BAR attorneys’ duties to courts and bar associations may introduce inherent conflicts of interest.
For self-reliant individuals, the attorney-in-fact framework offers a strategic alternative that preserves autonomy, authority, and final decision-making power with the principal.
