Participants accept full responsibility for any outcomes arising from their participation in the Cohort or implementation of any information discussed therein.
Live Call Recordings & Participant Consent
All live Cohort sessions may be recorded for educational and replay purposes.
By attending any live session, participants acknowledge and agree that:

recordings may be uploaded to the course portal for enrolled students,
-
recordings may remain accessible within the course portal for up to ninety (90) days,
-
and participants may retain access to the recordings for forty-five (45) days following the final live Cohort call.
Participants understand their name, voice, comments, questions, shared screen content, and/or video may appear within the recordings if they choose to participate live with those features enabled.
Participants may choose at any time to:

keep their camera turned off,
-
use a preferred display name or alias,
-
limit participation to chat only,
-
or otherwise minimize identifying information during live sessions.
Conscious Contracting will make reasonable efforts to maintain the recordings within the private course portal; however, participants acknowledge that complete confidentiality of group calls cannot be guaranteed in any online educational environment.
Agreement
By purchasing, accessing, attending, downloading, or participating in the American National Passport Cohort, the participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
