By enrolling in the American National Passport Cohort, course, workshop, membership, live call, consultation, or related educational material provided by Conscious Contracting (BECKY NEVIN CORPORATION SOLE), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Educational Purpose Only

The American National Passport Cohort is an educational program intended to share publicly available information, documentary evidence, administrative procedures, statutes, and personal experiences relating to passport applications, explanatory statements, political status research, and related administrative records.

Nothing contained within the course, community, templates, live calls, recordings, emails, downloads, or materials constitutes legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, immigration advice, or guarantees of any governmental outcome.

Participants are solely responsible for their own research, decisions, actions, filings, statements, and interactions with governmental agencies or third parties.

No Guaranteed Outcome

Results vary substantially based upon:

• individual effort and preparation,
• accuracy of submitted documents,
• prior records,
• factual circumstances,
• governmental discretion,
• changes in administrative policy or procedure,
• conduct during appointments,

• and numerous factors outside the control of Conscious Contracting.

Enrollment in the Cohort does NOT guarantee:

• issuance of a passport,

• acceptance of any explanatory statement,

• recognition of any claimed status,

• a certified passport file,

• specific wording within any governmental record,

• or any particular legal, political, financial, or administrative result.

Past participant experiences, testimonials, certified passport files, or prior outcomes do not guarantee future results for any other individual.

Personal Responsibility

Each participant remains fully responsible for:

• reviewing all statutes, forms, and documents personally,

• determining what information or statements they choose to submit,

• verifying the truthfulness and accuracy of all submissions,

• complying with applicable laws,

• and making independent decisions regarding their own affairs.

Participants understand that governmental employees, passport acceptance agents, clerks, and agencies may respond differently depending upon the facts and circumstances of each application.

No Attorney-Client Relationship

Participation in the Cohort does not create: an attorney-client relationship, fiduciary relationship, partnership, agency relationship, or representation agreement.

No legal representation is being provided.

Participant Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves respectfully within live calls, community discussions, and communications associated with the Cohort.

Conscious Contracting reserves the right to remove participants from the Cohort, live calls, or community areas without refund for: abusive conduct, harassment, threats, disruption, unlawful activity, sharing confidential participant information, or misuse of course materials.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, templates, explanatory statements, graphics, recordings, downloads, presentations, branding, and related content remain the intellectual property of Conscious Contracting unless otherwise stated.

Materials may not be reproduced, resold, redistributed, publicly reposted, or commercially exploited without written permission.

Testimonials and Educational Sharing

Participants may voluntarily submit testimonials, screenshots, or success stories. By submitting such materials, participants grant Conscious Contracting permission to use, reproduce, redact, edit, and share those materials for educational or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Reasonable efforts may be made to redact sensitive information for privacy purposes.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and educational nature of the program, all sales are final unless otherwise expressly stated in writing at the time of purchase.

Assumption of Risk

Participants understand they are voluntarily choosing to research, prepare, and submit documents based upon their own conclusions and beliefs regarding publicly available statutes, administrative procedures, and documentary evidence.

Participants accept full responsibility for any outcomes arising from their participation in the Cohort or implementation of any information discussed therein.

Live Call Recordings & Participant Consent

All live Cohort sessions may be recorded for educational and replay purposes.

By attending any live session, participants acknowledge and agree that:

• recordings may be uploaded to the course portal for enrolled students,

• recordings may remain accessible within the course portal for up to ninety (90) days,

• and participants may retain access to the recordings for forty-five (45) days following the final live Cohort call.

Participants understand their name, voice, comments, questions, shared screen content, and/or video may appear within the recordings if they choose to participate live with those features enabled.

Participants may choose at any time to:

• keep their camera turned off,

• use a preferred display name or alias,

• limit participation to chat only,

• or otherwise minimize identifying information during live sessions.

Conscious Contracting will make reasonable efforts to maintain the recordings within the private course portal; however, participants acknowledge that complete confidentiality of group calls cannot be guaranteed in any online educational environment.

Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, attending, downloading, or participating in the American National Passport Cohort, the participant acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
