Titan Trust News: New Bonus Module Is Live
The Bonus Module: Tradename Trust for a Minor is now live inside the Titan Trust course portal.
This module addresses how the tradename trust concept applies when the living child is still a minor and cannot contract for themselves.
For parents and families, this is a powerful distinction.
The child is living.
The NAME is not the child.
And the structure matters.
This bonus walks through the foundation of protecting the minor’s estate/tradename side until the child reaches the age of majority.
