Writing to the Tax Board

In this session, Leslie will walk through an actual response involving the California Franchise Tax Board and explain the reasoning behind it.
You will see how the Trustee:
- identifies the notice and account;
- determines what capacity is being presumed;
- separates established facts from assumptions;
- requests clarification or correction;
- and creates a permanent administrative record.
This is where the Fiduciary Voice becomes practical.

SESSION 3
Responding to Banks and Creditors

Banks and creditors already have a role prepared for you.
Borrower.
Debtor.
Obligor.
Delinquent account holder.
The Fiduciary does not automatically accept that role as the only position from which the matter can be addressed.
In this session, Leslie will show how the Trustee can document hardship, make a responsible proposal, request a written response, and create a record of deliberate administration without collapsing into fear, shame, or defensiveness.
