The Fiduciary Voice: Stop Responding as the NAME and Start Administering as the Trustee

Aug 06, 2026

Stop Responding as the NAME. Start Administering as the Trustee.

A notice arrives.

The NAME is printed across the top.

The institution has already decided who it believes is responsible, what role that person occupies, and how the conversation is supposed to proceed.

Most people respond from inside that framing.

A Fiduciary does not.

The Fiduciary pauses, examines the record, identifies the capacity being presumed, and decides what the response should actually accomplish.

That is the purpose of The Fiduciary Voice Series.

This series is not about sounding more legal.

It is about learning how to communicate from the office of Trustee with clarity, discipline, and authority.

SESSION 1

The Fiduciary Voice

Replay Available Now

WATCH NOW

In this opening session, Leslie explains the difference between reacting as the NAME and administering as the Trustee.

You will see how the Fiduciary approaches a notice, separates facts from presumptions, removes unnecessary emotion, and creates a response that is clear enough to stand on its own.

The goal is not to write the longest letter.

The goal is to create the strongest record.

SESSION 2

Writing to the Tax Board

Live August 19, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific

Understanding the principle is one thing.

Applying it to a real tax notice is another.

In this session, Leslie will walk through an actual response involving the California Franchise Tax Board and explain the reasoning behind it.

You will see how the Trustee:

  • identifies the notice and account;
  • determines what capacity is being presumed;
  • separates established facts from assumptions;
  • requests clarification or correction;
  • and creates a permanent administrative record.

This is where the Fiduciary Voice becomes practical.

SESSION 3

Responding to Banks and Creditors

Live September 2, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pacific

Banks and creditors already have a role prepared for you.

Borrower.

Debtor.

Obligor.

Delinquent account holder.

The Fiduciary does not automatically accept that role as the only position from which the matter can be addressed.

In this session, Leslie will show how the Trustee can document hardship, make a responsible proposal, request a written response, and create a record of deliberate administration without collapsing into fear, shame, or defensiveness.

THE FIDUCIARY VOICE IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

Learning how to communicate as a Trustee is powerful.

But the voice must come from somewhere.

It must come from an actual fiduciary office supported by an intentional private structure.

That is what the Titan Trust Strategy creates.

Titan Trust teaches you how to establish and administer the relationship among:

  • the Trustee;
  • the TRADENAME;
  • the Estate;
  • the Tradename Trust; and
  • the private trust structure.

The documents establish the relationship.

The Fiduciary Voice helps you occupy it.

This is the shift from understanding the NAME Game to learning how to administer the property, records, notices, accounts, and obligations connected to it.

You stop asking:

How do I defend myself?

And begin asking:

What am I responsible for administering, and what must the record now show?

Become the Fiduciary Over the TRADENAME

The NAME may appear on the notice.

The institution may define the account.

But the Trustee determines how the matter will be examined, administered, and preserved.
